GARY BOREN

Gary Boren has extensive financing, securities, and mergers & acquisitions experience. Gary began his career with Merrill Lynch, followed by Ling & Company, Eastman Dillon and Cowen & Company, serving both retail and institutional clients. He was Vice President of First Main Capital Corporation, dealing exclusively in mergers & acquisitions. He was Vice President Corporate Finance with Stonegate Securities, Inc., and Vice President Corporate Finance with William K. Woodruff & Company. Gary holds a BBA from the University of Oklahoma with graduate courses in International Management at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Interestingly, Gary began serving as free throw shooting coach for the Golden State Warriors. After two years with the Warriors and one with the New York Knicks, he joined the Dallas Mavericks and has served as free throw shooting coach with the Mavericks for 15 years, including their NBA Championship reign. He has given Free Throw Shooting Clinics for coaching staffs at 65 Division I Universities, as well as coaching staffs from the National teams of Australia, China, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia and Tunisia. Gary is a significant supporter of the Elks charitable “Hoop Shoot,” a forty year old, nationwide free throw shooting competition for boys and girls ages 8 to 13 with 3 million participants annually.


RONDA WEBB

Ronda Webb leads the firm’s Humanitarian Financing Group. Ronda has expertise in international banking transactions and international secured financial structures. She has served in the Office of Comptroller of the Currency as a Bank Examiner for seven years. Most importantly, Ronda has been an entrepreneur and serving in the role of chairman, president, owner or executive vice-president, has managed all aspects of several companies, including Anterior Inspirations, Inc., A Lock Tight Self Storage, Inc. and WallStreet Residential Brokerage, a mortgage banking company. Ronda was managing partner of Accredited Capital Group, a private equity firm serving small to middle market private companies. Ronda holds a BS in Accounting from West Texas A&M University and did her graduate work in management at both West Texas A&M and University of Phoenix.


JOSEPH KINSELLA

Joe Kinsella leads the firm’s Corporate Sales Group, specializing in selling mid-market privately held companies. Joe has 25 years of experience where he personally acquired ten companies eventually selling or merging them into two entities. He started his career as a sales engineer with Rexnord. He acquired Consolidated Accounting Systems, Inc., a specialty business forms manufacturer, his first company at age 26. Joe served as CEO of CDC Services, a HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractor and service company, which he sold to TD Industries. Prior to that, Joe served as CEO of Ralph Schutzmann and Associates, a diversified forms manufacturer, CEO of KF Leasing, Inc. an auto and truck leasing company and CEO of R.B. Real Estate, a commercial and industrial developer and holding company. He was a vice president and principal at Capital Alliance Corporation where he was the top M&A professional in both number and value of closed transactions in his last two years there. Joe earned both a BBA and ME from The Missouri School of Mines. Joe is a licensed Professional Engineer.


MICHAEL WEBB

Mike Webb is a leader in the firm’s corporate finance activities and brings additional strength to the Humanitarian Financing Group. Early on Mike served in the U.S. Navy and was selected for duty in the nuclear submarine fleet as part of the Staff for the Commander of the Pacific Submarine Fleet. Subsequently he served as an officer in Navy Intelligence. Mike earned both a BBA in real estate and economics and an MBA in Banking and Finance. Mike holds licenses as a Texas Real Estate Broker and a Texas General Contractor. Previously he was certified as a Texas Mortgage Broker and a Texas Auctioneer. He is an expert in construction and finance and valuation. He has owned and operated several companies serving as president and CEO of Webb Construction, Inc. a homebuilding and remodeling company. He has managed multifamily projects and real estate portfolios for himself and others, including the Texas Real Estate Commission. Mike has extensive experience in a broad range of bank and non-bank financing including some especially creative esoteric structures.

Tom serves as managing partner for the firm. He has expertise in capital structures that work, financial engineering, private company corporate finance and corporate acquisitions. Tom has over 35 years of management and professional business experience. Tom has restructured or turned around a number of companies, bringing them back to financial health. He started his career in sales and marketing with IBM. He personally acquired Carsonville Metal Products Company, Inc. and Detroit Float and Stamping, Inc. then consolidated those operations. Tom raised venture capital to start Lumentech of America, Inc. where he served as CEO, later selling this entity. He has served as chairman and CEO of Laura Leigh Stores, Inc from 1996 to 2006, CEO of Designer Bath and Kitchen, LLC and Chairman of Arrow Mirror & Glass, Inc. Tom has served on the board of several companies including MJ Designs, Inc., a multi-state 50 store, big box retail chain. For 16 years Tom was a principal and shareholder with Capital Alliance Corporation, a national investment-banking firm where he initiated and closed merger and acquisition transactions. While there, he created and ran the Corporate Finance Division where he financially engineered transaction structures and arranged capital for privately held corporations. Tom earned his BBA at WMU and his MBA at SMU.
